Dear Ms Reeve

As I had not received an interim acknowledgment of my previous letter, of which I have attached a copy, I was wondering whether you’ve had time to look at my correspondence.

In addition, I was wondering as a group whether your organisation actually assists the elderly with the supply of computers, printers and the necessary training and support to operate the Internet.

Some friends who don’t have the confidence to actually train other older seniors, myself included, were wondering what was out there and available to the frail elderly to bring the world into their living rooms. And, of course, it is not just the frail elderly, but anyone who is bed ridden and reasonably confined to the house.

A response would be appreciated and thank you for your time.
